Host a Private Course with GLS

A private course with GLS is a continuing education course hosted exclusively for your staff at your facility. Our expert instructors bring hands-on training directly to you, allowing your team to learn and practice new techniques in a flexible, distraction-free environment.

Private courses are open only to your employees or selected staff members. This ensures personalized attention and a collaborative learning experience for your team.

The major differences between private and public courses are pricing and the flexibility/ability to request a course. For private courses, the cost base price is $8,000 for a 2-day course and $4,850 for a 1-day course (exact pricing above). You then get to choose the course and time frame, depending only on instructor availability. Public courses come at virtually no cost to the facility. However, we set the public course schedule entirely on our end. We sometimes are able to accept requests for public courses, but must consider things like our currently set schedule, your location, renewal deadlines, etc. Public course hosts are also subject to stricter facility size/equipment requirements.

Scheduling is easy! Simply complete the Private Course Interest Form, and our coordinator will contact you within one business day. We’ll help you select a course, coordinate instructor travel, and choose the best date for your facility.

Private courses accommodate as many clinicians as you need. The base pricing covers up to 16 registrants, with additional registrants available at a discounted rate.

There is no minimum requirement to hold a private course. We are happy to teach a private course with as few or as many attendees as you have the space for.

Yes! You can schedule as few or as many private courses as you need, and as far in advance as necessary. We’ll work with your schedule to make the process seamless.

No! Host facilities do not need to handle any outside responsibilities such as marketing the course, managing registrations, or arranging instructor travel. GLS takes care of all logistics, including shipping course materials, coordinating with instructors, and providing periodic updates—so your team can focus solely on learning.
