Live Hybrid Courses

As we continue to adapt our offerings and listen to what our registrants want, we are excited to offer Live Hybrid courses! These offerings are our full 1- or 2-day courses broadcast virtually over Zoom. We strive to ensure you have a great virtual experience and can immediately translate what you learn into greater care for your patients, even when learning from the comfort of home. Our Live Hybrid courses are approved for the same live continuing education credits as our in-person courses!

Highlights of Live Hybrid Courses:

Live hybrid courses are completely virtual over Zoom, like a live webinar.
You'll have the ability to ask questions and receive instructor feedback in real time, using the Zoom chat feature or by speaking into your computer microphone.
We use two high-quality cameras to capture all lab techniques. One camera will show a full body view of the instructor, while the other camera will show a close-up view of hand placement, body positioning and anatomical features of the model. Both views will be displayed on your screen, so you'll see every detail that goes into performing a technique.
You'll receive both a digital and paper copy of the course manual to help you follow along. Please note, paper manuals might not reach you in time if you register within 1 week of the course.
These courses are approved for live continuing education hours in most states!
We recommend that you have a lab subject and a treatment surface to work on in order to gain the greatest confidence utilizing the lab techniques. Though, this is completely optional, not required.

What does “Live Hybrid” mean?

Live Hybrid courses are 100% live virtual, over Zoom. These are similar to live webinar courses, but Live Hybrid are a full 1- or 2-days and include lab and technique demonstration.

Are these approved for live credit?

Live Hybrid courses are approved for live credit in most states (the same live credit as our in-person courses). You will have real-time interaction with the instructor and your classmates. See below for the link to our full state approvals list.

Do I need a lab partner?

Lab partners (e.g., a friend, family member or coworker) are recommended, but not required.

Will I be sent any course materials?

You will receive a PDF of the course manual in your confirmation email upon registration. You will also be sent a physical copy of the manual about 1 week before the course. Please note, if you register within 1 week of the course or due to any transit delays, your physical manual may not reach you in time.
