In-Person and Live Hybrid Course Cancellation Policy*:
Registrants cancelling more than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the scheduled course may receive a refund minus a standard $50 cancellation fee, transfer to another course of the same value without penalty, or keep a voucher with us for a future registration without penalty. Please note that course vouchers are non-refundable and may only be applied to future registrations.

Registrants cancelling less than 2 weeks (14 calendar days) before the scheduled course are not eligible to receive a refund. Registrants have the option to transfer to another course of the same value or keep a voucher with us for a future registration, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Please note that course credits are non-refundable and may only be applied to future registrations.

Registrants who do not show up to a course without prior notice have 1 week (7 calendar days) after the course to notify GLS of their absence. At that time, registrants have the option to transfer to another course of the same value or keep a voucher with us for a future registration, both of which are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not notify us of their absence within the allotted 7 days will forfeit all funds. Great Lakes Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course. In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by GLS, itself, GLS will provide the options of a full refund of the registration fee or a full course voucher. GLS will not be responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of a course. Please note that course vouchers are non-refundable and may only be applied to future registrations.
